Silica (Silicon Dioxide)

Silica (Silicon Dioxide) is difficult to discharge due to its flow characteristics of flushing and bridging.

Silica is used for electronic devices as well as in cosmetics and medicines.

Difficult to handle because of its adhesive properties.

It is fine-grained and has a low bulk density of 50 kg/m3.

Use of a CF ∑ is recommended to address its proneness to flushing.
